targeted headhunting.
The business process she adopts is primarily to become extremely

ability. She uses her extensive industry knowledge and contacts
to validate information given by individuals. The rigorous
interviewing process exposes strengths and weaknesses - and
thus the suitability, or otherwise, of a particular candidate
